AFTER BEATING VENUS IN THEIR 15TH MEETING SERENA WINS HER FIRST TITLESHE BEAT VENUS IN 3SETS THE THIRD BEING DECIDED IN A TIE- BREAKER IN THE SEMI-FINAL AND SET UP A FINAL WITH THE SNEAKY AND VERY IMPRESSIVE LEFT HANDER PATTY SCHNYDER FROM SWITZERLAND SERENA LOOKS VERY FIT AND HEALTHY AND SEEMS TO BE ENJOYING TENNIS RATHER THAN JUST PLAYING TO WIN…THIS HAS IMPRESSED ME BEFORE THE FRENCH OPEN AND DUBAI AND I’M HOPIN WE’LL SEE AN ALL WILLIAMS AFFAIR IN THE FINALS THAT ARE TO COME…. 

Globalisation….

Globalisation is a term that has only been used in the past 20 years. It basically means International Integration. It can be described as a process where everyone in the world are unified into one society and all work together to keep that society going.It consists of ECONOMICAL, TECHNOLOGICAL SOCIO-CULTURAL AND POLITICAL FORCES. All of these combined make up Globalisation.There are so many factors to consider and arguments to question to get a better understanding, but I can see the relevance to Digital Culture and Globalisation as the digital world has a sort of universal language…

i’ve been reading some text from he wilson web on art and the future

for my 2nd essay i want to research and talk about the future of art

i’ve found that when film first started gettin used and advancing alot of producers and filmakers used to make films more about the past than the future as it was hard to predict wot the future would b like…

but when it came to films like Metroplolis which was made in the 20’s. it gave ideas to other aspiring filmakers into how they could show the future in their films.

When James cameron came up with Terminator in 1984- it showed what the future was really about in the rise of the machines…

this has got me laughing and thinking deeplya bout how the future will b in say 50yrs time

we’re living in the future compared to those living 50years and most of thier predicitions have come into force…

MY PREDICTIONS FOR GRAND SLAMS THIS YEAR…

SERENA DID IT WHEN SHE HELD ALL FOUR AT THE SAME TIME BUT VENUS IS THE WIMBLEDON CHAMP AND I HOPE SHE TAKES THE FRENCH
FEDERER HAS A POINT TO PROVE THIS YEAR AND CAME SO CLOSE LAST YEAR TO WINNING IT, I THINK HE’S GOT ENOUGH IN THE TANK T TAKE IT THIS YEAR- SOM ON FED!!!
WIMBLEDON – I PREDICT SERENA AND FEDERER- JANKOVIC AND IVANOVIC HAVE A REALLY GOOD CHANCE TO TAKE IT TOO BUT I’MMA STAY TRU TO MY SERENA AND HOPE SHE WINS THIS YR AND THE US OPEN

today we made animated gifs
we studied Muybridge, an artist who was born and died right ere in Kingston Upon Thames.
he had a bet with someone to see if when a horse runs one leg is kept on the ground or all four legs are off the ground.
so he ste up a lot of cameras to string so when the horse touched the string, the cameras would take the pictures.
this was the first introduction to cinema
this goes to show how lucky we are to be living in the time we’re living in
being digital is now a part of life so we gotta make the most out of everything being digitally thrown at us

this is my 2nd blog just to fill u in whats happening with me
i been really ill over the weekend and jus got over it yesterday….
i been helping my sister move house and working like a pig serving thirsty youths who want and need a drink( but a macbook pro is worth it)
i did try to download director but my slow as hell pc at home has no space for it
i jus have 10kb space left and need to wait for th demo version of cinema4d and photoshop to expire and be extracted!!!
i tried flash too but didnt get very far….
but i’m feelin good. been gettin up before 9am every morning since we’ve been bk to uni and i refuse to be late for anymore classes.
even though the traffic on the way to kingston is disgusting at the moment!!!!!!

yesterday was a good day
had a lot to do and managed to get it all done
had a fantastic singing lesson in which i sang ” I’ll be there” by the jackson 5 and messed up as the teacher was playin a key too high thinking i was Michael before his voice broke or even Mariah…
but it was all gravy baby

still waiting for my macbook pro which shld b on the way pretty damn soon….

but i’mma try and do this blog thing everyday from now on
although i’m niot used to doing diaries and journals
this seems much easier as pple can read it so i gotta make sure i dont put any personal shit on ere or any secrets…….
